Vitargo® is a patented carbohydrate with unique properties, specially formulated for elite athletes to give an effective loading of easily accessible muscle energy (glycogen) in the body.


Vitargo® is a considerably larger carbohydrate than ordinary sports drinks carbohydrates,

the molecular structure reminds of glycogen.

The larger carbohydrate, the quicker the drink passes through the stomach and then the intestines can absorb the energy into your blood stream.

This is called osmolality, the lower osmolality the quicker passage through the stomach. Vitargo® has been clinically tested.

The results showed that Vitargo® was quicker in replenishing glycogen levels and passing through the stomach compared with the normal combinations of complex glucose polymers.


Recommended dosage:  Fill a shaker with water (200-400ml) and add 1 to 2 - servings 2-4 scoops of VitarGo®! Load (30 - 60 g).

Stir properly for 1 – 2 minutes. Add the rest of the needed volume of water, stir again properly..


For gym users (PRE): Take 1 to 2 servings before training or add to your pre-workout  for super pump and Energy.


For gym users: (POST) Take 1 to 2 servings as post-workout drink or add to your BCAA drink for same day recovery.
 
To carboload: 1 portion in 6 dl of water


Pro-longed exercise: Start to carboload 3 days before competition.

Drink 2TO 4 SERVINGS of Vitargo®,

in between meals, during the day.

Stay to your normal diet, no overeating is required.
Team sports: 


Drink 2-3  SERVINGS of Vitargo® the day before match play. 1 portion is equal to approximately 3 portions of cooked pasta!


During exercise, as a sports drink:  2  SERVINGS mixed in 250-350 ML of water.


Pro-longed exercise: 1 to 2 servings mixed in 200 – 400 ml) of water to be consumed during one hour of activity.
